What is you schedule like with seniority?

I usually have 13/12 days off with 85 block.. That being said the dash trips are starting to get inefficient as they take out overnights.. Next month I have three trips with one leg on the last day.. I really don't mind since I aim to work as little as possible.

There is plenty of money to be made though with triple premium time.. Rediculous money.

Does Piedmont have a seat lock if you start on the Dash?

It's currently being waived.

Shouldn't you be a captain by your 2nd year?

Lots don't want to. Seems like there are a lot of senior fos here. This isn't a bad thing with how junior these captains are becoming who have little to no dash time like myself. Ha

Yes you can be a captain in your first year. i just need to knock a few life events off. I also am going to upgrade into the jet.

It looks like Piedmont is being very competitive. It appears from my research there is some good money that can be made here with the 12-13 month upgrade along with a competitive new hire FO pay. How commutable is PTD truly? My app is locked and loaded and I plan on shooting it off in the next few days.

Where are u planning on commuting from?

DFW in the beginning and after I get settled it will be from Nashville. I'm aware of the other wholly owned in charlotte but from my research PTD will offer more in the shortest amount of time with upgrade, pay and days off.
