Listen pal I'm not discounting the process and believe me I know how these things work more than you know. When the other 2 put us in this position what choice do we have? It's called a competitive disadvantage buddy, and we are on our knees now sucking it like common dime ***** . The only thing I believe we deserve better of the deal is a higher hourly wage than the other 2. We have historically done this as it's not the easiest to hire here.

"one does not whip it out and say okay" I guess it depends on how hot the hookers are. LOL I don't even know what to comment about that one.
On a serious note, how about CALLING THE COMPANY and asking to SEE THE PROPOSAL! Ask them to "whip it out" so you can measure up

LOL
The company started the process, quite informally I might add, Tuesday. The bonus payments don't pay out until next year. What is the rush to get this done in a matter of days versus a matter of weeks?

People, calm down. The proposal has not been turned down or decided on in any manner whatsoever. ALPA is simply waiting on the company to provide the written language so they can review it and, at a minimum, review the fine print. The follow-up clearly stated they were waiting on the proposal. What part of that means that the talks are over?
Perhaps if you took the initiative to pick up the phone and call your representative, you would know that already. You could use that time on the telephone to provide your opinion on the matter, which is the whole point of having a representative in the first place.

I agree that it was shady BS if AAG, PSA, and ENY had us left out in the dark. I will fault them too...hey all GFY's! It's now Friday and y'all are behind so you boys better be working this weekend!
