You know what small thing sets me off. How about you..?

I have never seen anyone here fill out the hotel log. We usually let the FAs go first and they each fill out their own info and then we go and each of us fill out our own info. Never crossed my mind to fill the whole thing out. I help the FAs with the belts only if I am ahead and they are behind or it is the last flight of the day and I want to get to the hotel.
Why would I help them at other times? It is not overwhelming to them and its part of their job. Now, if they do my walk around for me when its raining or below zero then we are in business.

I once had a flight attendant treat me as the newbie who she could get to do random things. That was corrected very quickly on the trip. As the FO you are higher up the chain than the FA, just as the CA is higher up the chain than you. Don't forget that.

Everyone has a job to do. As I said I will help if we are behind. Also, I am on a 34 seat saab, not a 50 seat rj. Most of the time the FA is sitting in the front row of seats talking on their cell phone, not rushing to get belts crossed.

Do you really believe this is confined to the regionals? I've sat on plenty of major airline jumpseats and heard the same complaints. It's just people being people.

It's typically nipped in the bud pretty quickly at the major level since everyone has alot more experience- even the rookies... Just have to nip things in the bud quickly while considering how many spit bubbles you want in your diet coke.
If an FA has a seniority complex...a simple game of "let's count the stripes" will typically settle thing quickly.

If a F/A ever treated me like that, I would turn to her/him and tell them, "yeah no problem Ill fill in your info, I know your not smart enough to do it yourself".
Then I would proceed to ask them why they decided to become a regional F/A and how sad it is that they have no aspirations in life, and they should be smart enough to figure out that they could make more money at the mall and have more days off, but I guess if you were smart enough to figure that out on your own, you'd be smart enough to write down your own name on the clipboard
Of course I am not that mean and I would just give them a wake-up call at about 245am
