Talk about rumors swinging 180 out, this morning on my way out to the plane, I over heard that plans are being made acquire one of Mesa's hangar's and their also working a deal to also acquire large portion of their aircraft, along with bringing back all the furloughs, provided this deal goes through. The was talk was in the tone of this happening very soon.

Might not Be so far fetched. Before you take on "Used airplanes" they first have to be brought up to speed in the Maint. program you run. I've heard the Mesa airplanes weren't in such good condition. They might need some work to get them "up to snuff".. Might be a good idea to look at the tail numbers and see which ones are out ot place.. Just a thought..

I've heard the part about the hanger for months. It is (supposedly) their hanger in Columbia, which makes perfect sense. As for the additional aircraft that only makes sense if there is a place for them to go. Clearly Delta doesn't want any more. Does United?
I have heard from one source that there are still 13 more aircraft that United is going to award, but I'm not hearing any other rumblings anywhere. Is there any truth to this RFP?

Well I can honestly say.. I hope there is some truth to some of this.. I can't wait to get called back! Working as a customer service supervisor humbled me quite a bit... I will never complain about a 7 hour Flint Michigan layover ever again!!!

You may be happy to hear that I'm pretty sure that short FNT is gone! I wish we could get back some of our old overnights that pinnacle is doing now though...
