Ask anyone at XJ that is at least 1/2 down the seniority list. You do not want PBS. It's from the devil!

Good point, it's probably just a maintenance rumor. Now that you mention it, I've heard ever more far fetched things from maintenance.

Might not Be so far fetched. Before you take on "Used airplanes" they first have to be brought up to speed in the Maint. program you run. I've heard the Mesa airplanes weren't in such good condition. They might need some work to get them "up to snuff".. Might be a good idea to look at the tail numbers and see which ones are out ot place.. Just a thought..

Did active pilots at ASA get a copy of the final wording on PBS considering the roadshow is over and the voting has started?

Yeah, they mailed out a copy a couple weeks ago. It's also online, if you can sign onto the ALPA website.

I've heard the part about the hanger for months. It is (supposedly) their hanger in Columbia, which makes perfect sense. As for the additional aircraft that only makes sense if there is a place for them to go. Clearly Delta doesn't want any more. Does United?

I have heard from one source that there are still 13 more aircraft that United is going to award, but I'm not hearing any other rumblings anywhere. Is there any truth to this RFP?

Yeah, that is the same question I have. More A/C's with no additional flying doesn't do us any good.

Well I can honestly say.. I hope there is some truth to some of this.. I can't wait to get called back! Working as a customer service supervisor humbled me quite a bit... I will never complain about a 7 hour Flint Michigan layover ever again!!!

Now now now... XJT's PBS is a bit different than ASA's. Don't get the two confused. Just because XJT's sucks doesn't mean ASA's will...

You may be happy to hear that I'm pretty sure that short FNT is gone! I wish we could get back some of our old overnights that pinnacle is doing now though...
