I would venture to say no, you haven't interviewed, you only had your application reviewed. Just keep it update it regularly. Word on the street is that the mins will be dropping soon. Also I don't get how they even reviewed your app if you didn't meet the mins. I am assuming you applied through Airlineapps? I didn't even think it got seen on their end until you met their minimum criteria.

Personally with all this crazy talk I think nobody can even venture to say that they know what HR does. It's a completely different story with every applicant it seems and there is no standard to anything.

Finish your multi time, and then continue applying. Keep verifying your information.

Before I got hired I had my application for one year and I never received a "don't meet the requirement" letter, even when I was low on multi.

So there might be something wrong in your application other than the flight time. Keep looking for errors.

There is a standard. If you don't have the current mins, you don't get an interview.

While still a long while a way and a lot can change, what factors influence choose equipment if a base you desire has multiple. For instance, if one base (not sure if this exists) has all 3 birds and you have no personal preference over the machine, what else do you consider? ORD has both CRJ and ERJ and if given the choice, I don't know what would make me choose one over the other.
Go with the EMJ if you want more flexibility + reserve time seems to be less than the CRJ.

Go to the CRJ if you want a bigger airplane.

Go with the ATR if you want QOL and will get for sure a line faster than the EMJ and CRJ.

No, there really isn't any standard. They will bend the mins when they want. When I was hired mins where 1000/100. I had 650/350 with some minimal previous 121 time.

Edit: I went to a job fair and talked with the hiring folks. That's how I got the interview.

The "mins" are never a hard floor.
