It's been a rumor for years. Don't hold your breath. I heard no new base at least for a year. FWIW.

Like what exactly?

I could see that. I think some kind of an announcement will come some time in October.

UsAir and AMR merging. Yea that would be fabulous!:confused:not really.

Anyway life on rsv at AE is pretty tough 13-15 hr days r normal with no weekends off. Crew schedulers never help you out and layovers in business parks w nothing to eat or do around. However, I'm glad I have a flying job so I cant complain too much.

That what it is like to hold a line at Mesa, TSA, and CHQ. It's all relative, and Eagle is probably among the best when it comes to schedules.

Depends on your relative seniority on equipment and base. Being junior sucks anyway you cut it. Im on reserve and havent flown since Sept 1. Depends also on the staffing levels of the base your at. Im on reserve and like Mc Donalds says, I'm loving it....... for now.;) In fact I got a composite line for next month and regret bidding it. I should have stayed on reserve for Oct. I would have gotten a higher line guarente and would have flown less.

When will the next one come out? Probably not for a month or 2 maybe longer.
