ATR seatlocks are going to the EMJ or CRJ, so it will get a line faster. And since he's married it might be better. Payment is the same first year...

I disagree here. I'm on the ATR and most likely won't be off reserve for a good 8-12 months.

.

Right now Feb 11 hires EMJ MIA hold lines and should continue to do so, fairly good lines too by years end.

Right now Feb 11 hire MIA ATR is on RSV.

If they close SJU or shrink it like I think they are about to do, it might suck even more to be MIA ATR.

Whats your logic behind that? IF they close or shrink SJU, they would have to run a displacement bid most probably in that base. Those affected can bid ON ANY status their seniority can hold, meaning those senior to you can bump you out of your seat or domicile.

My logic is the union calls about the spin off, that say the ATR is up to be parked. Also a huge chunk of our FA in JFK commute from SJU and say the writing on the wall says/shows SJU is closing up. If SJU closes both NY but mostly MIA will feel it. With all the growth right now, it must be bad for somewhere to feel like it is feeling pressure.

But I agree w you, they could feel it anywhere, but also anyone with a life/family might try and avoid spending 2 months in DFW for a new plane.

What are you talking about, 4/08 hire and per the 3U I can't hold a hard line in MIA.

The 3U is inaccurate because it is a month behind and the base is growing a ton each month. I have classmates down there holding hard lines, try looking at the reserve list. I show 50 of 69 when I 3u EMJ MIA, and I am FEB DOH. They had 48 hard lines in Aug, my class mate down there got a hard line.

I like where the thread is going the last few pages. Although, its all he said she said rumors, entertaining none the less.

I agree, I'll be holding a line after 6 months in DFW on the ATR.

June 20th new hires on SJU ATR are slated to hold lines by Nov according to the flow plan.
