If I get to the point where I am as serious, miserable and hopeless as the majority of the people on here, I'm gonna eat a bullet.
Life is so freaking short and every single one of us on here had been extraordinarily blessed to do what e do even if it's not exactly the perfect picture we painted in our heads.
Life is about family, friends, leisure then work. One day it's all gonna end and I can assure you youre gonna be remembered for the person you are and not because you flew a 767. Take a deep breath and smile. Things could be much much worse.
P.s. I'm concerned that evryone took my previous post seriously....block30 need to put the contradictory posts in check and quit inventing drama or ill will that was never said.

Bigger, shinier RJ's will come, but pay rates for those will be at or below the current 50-seat scale forever. Starting in 2014, Eagle will readjust pay scales yearly to that of the lowest paying competitors as per the TA.

My prediction is all 50 seats and below go away. How many 70+ seat planes they bring in for Eagle is anyone guess.

If so then why was AMR wanting to spin off Eagle in the first place? I would think if I was running a business into chapter 11 that I would want my best assets for protection. Just saying.

it all just depends on whats available.... There are times where I would fly my tail off, and other times where I would sit around for 3 or 4 days at a time... (this is in ORD though). In DFW those guys were being used pretty regularly. As for the NY area I dont know, but you will get a decent amount of time (40-70 hrs)/month in most bases.
