Thanks for the daily laugh guys!

Disappointing! lol! 1 or 2 things! roflmao!

Ahh the life of a Pinnacle Corp pilot, to be in limbo. Never to have a contract. Hey, only 89 more years until we reach 100 years of contract 99.... something to shoot for!

The big ticket items remain and are in play today. Many are skeptical but passes are going back and forth and issues are being worked on. Negotiations have been running long every day through the weekend and today they are going to work until midnight to try and wrap this up. Corp has their Board of Directors meeting tomorrow so today has some importance from when the deadline was set. All that being said, if the money and language isn't there by midnight this deal will still not be done. The JNC isn't going to have something TA'd that would fail any one of the MEC's. There haven't been updates because there isn't much to say that everyone hasn't already heard for 5+ years.

I think we'll all die of "not surprised" if it doesn't get done today.

At what point do we take the "count" out of the title of this thread and replace it with "let"?

Instead of worrying about a deadline or missed deadline we should be worried about the substance of the negotiations. I'd much rather see the 15th come and go, but yield an acceptable TA than a rush to meet the deadline, leaving lots on the table for the sake of a self imposed date. I think going into this, our JNC had the right idea. Work towards the deadline, but not get worked over to meet that deadline.
Exactly, as long as they continue to talk and work progresses then that is a positive sign, deadline or not.

Thats not how this is going to play out, have you not learned anything of how memphass does business? We will conclude negotiations today with no TA, then be put on ice for months at a time. Face the reality of the situation, no contract for a long, long time. I'm betting 9E will go it alone, get released and go on strike before a jcba is agreed upon by mismanagement.

More importantly, what is management going to do tomorrow if there is no TA?

Airplanes start to move anyways?
