While I am grateful to our MECs, this post is in direct response to management.

How much bull* do you need to be fed until you realize it's bull*, and it will always be bull*?

This may just be enough for many of you to call in Sick, and often. Completely understandable you may be unfit to fly after such a debacle.

As for moving forward, and in the sole interest of safety and following the procedures management has put forth themselves, ANY and ALL maintenance discrepancies should be WRITTEN UP, no matter the delay or "disruption" it may cause, at the time of discovery, hub or not. No matter the size or seriousness. Management isn't out there covering for you, you need to cover for you!

Guys/Gals

This is it...we have to take it into our own hands... nothing will get done after NOV30 this deadline has proved that. The previous email to the last one said mngmnt yet again tried to go back on things that had been TA'd in TA1... This will continue for ATLEAST another year. They dont care.
The time is now.

good luck getting the vast majority of pu$$*'s at this company to man up. there are a handful of us that walk the walk, but unfortunatly we are too few and far between to get anything accomplished.

Management is mocking all 3 of our pilot groups, especially with the thanksgiving holiday coming up and record bookings this year. They obviously don't think anyone would do anything to slow down travel on the Wednesday before or Sunday after. I guess that is the arrogance in them. I can't wait for the propoganda machine on both sides to kick in to tell everyone oh yeah guys we are really close!

Yes there is a fragmentation policy. However, everyone you will talk to has a different interpretation of it.

This what you are hearing about:
D. Transfer of Company Aircraft

1. If the Company or its parent sells, transfers, or disposes of over forty percent (40%) of the aircraft in the Company's fleet (in a single transaction or multi-step transaction within a rolling twelve (12) month period) as a going concern to an air carrier, directly or indirectly, the Company or its parent will, as a condition of the sale, require the purchaser to offer employment to those pilots assigned to that portion of the fleet at the time of the sale.
You have to continue in the Scope portion of the contract under "Merger Protections" which I posted on page 57 of this thread, to see the full picture.

Any moving of aircraft by PNCL management would result in a "merger" situation. In which case, XJ Merger Protection clause kicks in and has to be followed.

I believe the section I posted above was to protect XJ pilots from the sale of the airline to another airline that may have had pilots already, to insure the pilots at XJ kept their jobs.

Default congrats on the good news!!!

Pncl shares are up 5% already on the fabulous news that labor costs will remain sub-poverty for another quarter! Cause as you know, the decline in profit last quarter was from increased labor costs.

THANK YOU!!!! How do you think ASA got their contract??? By doing the above!!! I think if everyone started doing this we just might see some real progress...but that'll never happen. Our unity is our strength!!! HAHA, what unity????

We have so many sissies at this company it makes me sick!!! Close the door, says the almighty Pinnacle captain, we need to push NOW...gate space is limited...kill the APU (neverminding it's the middle of June)...I'm sick of this crap!!

Oh it's highspeed number two of four for both of us...we can't write that up!! Why not go back to the hotel and take a nap? Screw 'em!!
