With that being said, I don't know why it's taken a full week to research one issue. Everything I've heard says that Bloch hasn't requested any more info from any pilot group since Tuesday. Maybe it's more complicated than any of us know. Either way now that it's the holiday weekend Bloch is probably out getting a tan on some beach somewhere and will get back to us sometime next week.

You want to punish 1290 pilots for the actions of 3 by integrating us by our checkride DOH?
Just to be clear as well, I am senior on the 9E list to folks who had their checkrides before I did. Beyond the SLI proposals, I just don't think it's right to punish us for a Pinnacle-ism.

Mesaba is disputing 9E pilots having their DOH be their DOH? I pray that isn't true, if it were it would be a totally illogical, petty, and douchy thing to do. My exerience with them (XJ ALPA) has been such that I truly doubt that is the story. But if it proves true, what a shameful embaressment to my pilot group!

1. We filled out I-9's day 1 and the company aknowledled us as employees.
2. Process/protocol agreement allowed modification.
3. The JNC specifically bargained for 9E dates adjusted back.
4. The lists from 7/1 used by the merger groups contained both dates.
5. The "date" that XJ and CJC want used has been removed in accordance with the JCBA provision.
6. Under labor law and ALPA merger policy our current list (representing day 1 of class in seniority order) is legal and to be used.
This is XJ and CJC fighting for their pilots and hoping to win. This battle was lost when LOA2.V was signed and unanimously endorsed by all 3 MEC's.
