ERJs and CRJs are essentially centerline thrust. If finesse means don't touch the rudders, I suppose you are right.

whodis or whatever your name is...

you annoy me!

KEEP DRINKING THE KOOLAID

Colgan owes me for 78.8 hours of pay and all that is overguarantee since Jan. I told them I would be happy for overguarantee for my last two months.

They tell me you can't have two run-ups in a day...Well that is bull****** when you fly SH*T airplanes. having to make sure mx fixed the problem...

Half credit for deadhead is in addition to flying...Just becuase they cancel your pairing doesn't mean you should lose deadhead pay as well...SINCE YOU FLEW THERE

This company is pathetic...I can't stand people supporting them. I finally told them to pay up and gave them a date...they ignored me. I sent it to the labor board.

If I owned this company I would shut it down so nobody gets hurt.

And flying on your own after 16 hours is WRONG.

Sorry I am grumpy...I guess my new job has me overnighting in DC and I am close to Manassas and Brink isn't listed in the phonebook with an adress...I would go COLLECT money...Can I turn it over to a collection agency....I think it would be hilairous for them to get calls from bill collectors...OH WAIT THEY DO...

My IOE I had to pay for my hotel because the credit card they gave was BAD...Contract MX wouldn't touch the airplane because the bill hadn't been paid...It is even better when they have to call and charge a bill just to get DE-ICED...

These are truths my friends...I WAS THERE...I WAS INVOLVED...I WAS PAYING THE PRICE...

whodis...or whatever it is...you annoy me

LivinTheDream.... Based on what I see, it looks like you want this job at Colgan pretty bad. Even if it means missing out on the AWAC boat. Read these posts very close. People have worked a month without getting paid? No per diem? Seems like a job for a BG grad if you ask me

Let us know how it goes.

Hmmm...then why do the damn things yaw towards the failed engine? No one must have told the airplane it was a centerline-thrust airplane. Better get on the horn the Embraer and Bombardier

whodis...or whatever it is...
It is whodis. I'm sorry if that's confusing for you.

I have a feeling you are trying to bait me into arguing with you, and frankly I have neither the time nor the inclination to argue with losers on the internet, so this will be the only reply I give you. Actually, I do have the time, I just don't have the inclination. But I digress.

I'm impressed that after not even a year with an airline you've become such an expert on its operation, I was certainly not that fast a learner. And I will point out again, since it seems to have gone over a couple of your heads, not everyone who decides they enjoy their job is new at it, some of us are just nice guys.

So what exactly about me annoys you? The fact that I like my job, or the fact that I keep calling people like you names like nincompoop and twit? I guess name calling is a little immature and I should stop, but it's so much FUN for me. I just don't know, I'll have to think about it for a little while.

I don't mean to say that your little stories about how you got screwed with this and screwed with that aren't true, I just mean to point out that those kinds of things are the exception, rather than the rule. I didn't say that nothing like that has ever happened to me, I just don't dote on those experiences. It's a job, sometimes it sucks. That's what jobs do. You can either deal with that, or be miserable your whole life. You may disagree with me on that point, but I really don't care because if you do I think you are wrong.

You sound like a really super guy. I hope we get to hang out some day. Although, you're going to need to come up with some new topics, because I don't really like talking about my job when I'm not at work, while you seem pretty obsessed. Have you ever worn your uniform to the mall on your days off? Because that would be really cool too.

Seriously, I hope you can keep a lid on that attitude when you're in public, negativity like that in front of passengers makes us all look like spoiled a**holes. Nothing ****es me off more than hearing pilots b***h about their job to customers.

Again, I'm not going to reply to you beyond this post. Your overwhelming negativity and arrogance after having spent 11 months at a company tell me that you're probably not someone I feel like having any interaction with, in any form, ever. Have a nice day.

Default Wtf

For not having the time or the "inclination"(big words really impress me colgan pilot) you wrote a pretty long post. And by the way I only read half of it because you rambled about nonsense. Ill take the other guys side and say you need some more time here at Colgan, you sound like one of those 19yr olds they hired fresh off their mamma's tit, maybe your not but you sure sound like it!

any company that hires at 600hrs does so for a reason... because they have to. Apparently they arent the best for a reason.
