I'm sure it's a way of poaching pilots from Silver. Maybe they want to get as many as they can with 121 experience.
I don't know much about Silver except they were once Gulfstream Air. As I stated before in this environment, maybe they want to get new hires with 121 experience?

No one attended open interviews today seeing how they are friday. I'm sure if anyone did attend, they were greatly disappointed. Still probably not as disappointed as they would be if they attended on the correct date.
