Take an average TAFB of 270, do the math it's $67 difference.

Oh and junior man pay increases to %200... I've been here 5 years I've been "contacted" for a jm, maybe 4-5 times. Again seeing the whole %200 makes people feel all warm and fuzzy but in reality your probably not going to get that

Isn't per diem $1.60? I think i figured $45 a month extra for 300 hours away. That's less than the headset allowance. Win for the company.

 

Not sure you're doing the math right. The headset allowance is $50/year to a max of $300. $45 extra a month for PD which is $540 a year. I'm not discounting the loss for the headset. There's no excuse to not add that to the uniform bank.
