Oh. I see. Just like the last one where pilots would easily go from Endeavor to Delta with no issues. That's right. Didn't hundreds of endeavor pilots end up at mainline!!?! That worked out well. (Sarcasm).

Cynical but very true. Don't ever believe a word any airline tells you. Don't ever!!

You are right. Idiotic fools just don't want to admit the CBA aren't worth the paper they are printed on. Majority of people thinking they will get hired at a major never will.

How many regional pilot are there? How many are at the majors? How many retirements coming up in just the next 5 years?

The odds of even having a regional airline to fly for in 5 years is slim at best.

Not paying the Endeavor pilots the $20K/year would be the same thing as not paying them their contractual payrates and guarantee... because the additional $20K/year for all pilots at Endeavor is contractual.

You sound like a jealous PSA pilot or a PSA recruiter trying to spread incorrect info so people think PSA would be a better choice. Perhaps even associated with Mesa or Gojet. Fact is PSA might only be a better choice for a pilot that already meets the 1000 hour 121 SIC requirement. A pilot with 0 121 time is more than likely going to earn more at Endeavor since they will be making a min guarantee of $45K/yr from day 1 and will more than likely be upgrading at the same time vs. if they go to PSA.

A signed LOA is just as contractual as the contract itself.

That's funny, I thought I sounded like a formed Endeavour pilot that has nothing good to say about that airline. I'll try harder next time.

There are not enough retirements to create positions for enough regional guys.

Likely the regionals will be gone, but not all of the people will be picked up by a major.
