Brief summary

40/hr new hire pay. Rest of pay scales about 3 dollars more than skywest.

100% cancellation pay

1.95 per diem, .10 increase every year

Bonuses upon ratification
1000 to pilots hired after Oct 1, 2014

3000 to pilots hired March 2012 to
October 1 2014

11000 to all pilots hired before that

5000 to fo's and 10000 to captains currently on seniority after 1 year anniversary of ratification

I heard premium pay is only 125% for going over 87 hours.

1:2 duty, 1:4 trip; 4:12 min day; deadhead is still 75%.
