January hire here got it on the last bid. The way training is shaping up, should see PHL around two weeks after IOE. Another guy from my class got it right out of training, so it fluctuates.

Not very long, I can't give you an exact figure but most got it soon after completing IOE.

I'm pretty sure that he was joking that the base opens in December, so it will be at least 5 months before you (or anyone) could get it.

A combination of Comply and Flica will tell you who the junior entrants into each base are, and the seniority list on Comply will tell you their DoH.

Except that the “what if” bid is inaccurate until the awards are issued and the base is populated.

How about instead of sarcasm, we actually post accurate info to help our pilot group and those that want to join. Check back after Aug 14 and let’s see who is awarded the base and where the seniority line is drawn.
