Currently how far out are the class dates?

So if the October classes got hit by Thanksgiving & Christmas, so did the November & December classes. RPA doesn’t have enough LCA’s to play catch up to get all those pilots signed off of IOE “at this moment”. So no, at this moment, the training is not 3 months. It is 5-6 months. Once new LCA’s hit the flight deck, hopefully it will go down to 3 months and go down quickly.

Because those people have to finish before the new classes now have LCA to be free to do their IOE.

To be clear, you believe that every single class - for the rest of forever, in perpetuity - will be on a 5 month footprint because your one friend had holiday and covid delays.
I just want to make sure I’m understanding you here.

Everyone in my class says that Republic gave them the earliest class date compared to other regionals. Some as soon as two weeks after their interview. We were just notified of a nine day delay after GOS and before ETHOS, but it’s still a very tight training footprint.

That's weird. So they want you to go home, do nothing for 9 days, and then start ethos? Must be new, my class didn't have that delay

Do you mean after ETHOS before SHIFT? That seems strange otherwise

Ah yes, see people who are at the training center are aware of the delays, those that have no freaking clue of what is going on at the training center, will continue to post their ideas of what the training timeline "should be" vs actual is.....I rest my case....

That's funny cause I'm in training right now. If anything, that just proves that data from January and February has no impact on the current training timeline, much less data from October.
