I don't like the kid, he sits here and bashes on pilots at so called "bottom feeder", but forgets that Eagle isn't what it used to be, that we as a pilot group rolled over and gave management what they wanted, and as management coms back for a second bite at the apple he says he is ok with a longevity cap. Sits here and bashed PSA and before he is offered the deal he says he ok with it.

American Eagle is a brand, just like other. If you don't like what management did then people should have been more involved not allow the last union leadership to simply give away the little scope we had.

I though his comment was funny, but I do agree that he is a troll.

Hey at least last year when we took one off the runway it was on concrete. It was mechanical, this one could have been as well but we know that pilots at all regionals are always in a rush and do things that put them/us in positions that we shouldn't be in the first place. Many guys around here walking tall on APC but drag their feet in the terminal.

About as much as RAH pilots who walk around with American Eagle stickers on their bags.

Has Republic had issues staffing their E-Jets? I know it has been a mess with the Q.

Sorry if this info is already on here too lazy to filter through 100 pages.

No, despite the best efforts of RAH pilots to educate the new hire population through websites and print ads, SJS seems to be winning out.

It's a pity because if flight school graduates snuffed RAH citing their poor contract in their decision then their union might actually have leverage.

Its not just the newhires- The senior captains dont wanna rock the boat- btw that union is useless even if RAH couldnt find pilots.

I'm getting tired of the SJS reference. It's not about that Purdue it's about moving on to something better. And while you may dislike RAH it's definitely a dramatic step up from the Parts 135 and 91 instructing world for the overwhelming majority of pilots in the U.S. I do agree that we would have more leverage if we had less new hires coming but it seems as if we still have some road to travel before that pipeline dries up if ever.

Curious, what is RAH going to do with the C-series? I assumed it was for Frontier but they are now pretty much sold.
