In other words, if you aren't here already when we vote on the LOA, I don't support it. For anyone already here, I support as much as we can get. I think the distribution of money should be top heavy. If you've been in the 36.62 club for several years, you get more pay. If you were unfortunate to come here in the last two years you get less.

Now, the company will never accept those conditions so this isn't a ripe discussion.
Easy to rationalize your selfishness after you've made captain.
Like I said, its everyone for themselves. And we went that way a long time ago. Bedford loves it. Drofdeb does not.

Bless God.

I ❤️ it! Keep our leverage! How's that worked out? All I've heard for 7+ years is "leverage." If it comes to a vote, and you vote it down, you're a self proclaimed moron.

What in recent history makes you think we could possibly get something better in 3 years? I know about the "early opener" that was in the TA but you do understand that we have been in section 6 negotiations for the last 7 years don't you? The company was going to use the horrible TA to reset the clock. If it passed as a company we would still be in the same position as we are now because nobody would come to work here. You know...same problem, same results.

I realized it was everyone for themselves when you constantly had greedy captains showing up for right seat trips on days off.
The reality is that Bedford thinks Capts are fairly compensated and there are a high number of lifers. He knows FO rates are well below industry average and only wants to adjust those.

Also im not left thinking. Far from it. Im sure ive met you at some point along the way. It would be very interesting to compare your behavior on the line to your mb personality.
Mob personality? No, I am different "on the line". This is because I am a professional that does NOT talk politics, religion, union at work, PERIOD. People call us type "key board commandos", but this is not always the case. I would say EVERYTHING I say here to your face if I ran into you in public(and you wanted to discuss issues), however I will not do it at work. Our pax deserve professionals and that is what I will provide for them.
Back on topic, say what you will, but my LOA vote is NO!

I saw a CHQ captain with a Cousin Eddie hat walking around the terminal today. Is that what things have come to?

Any "purpose" behind this? Surely this guy has his reasons, but he came off looking like a fool.

Study, study, study and you'll do just fine. Go out drinking every night, study less than 3 hours a day then things may not work out so well. Who cares what the wash-out rate is; only you can control your own actions: STUDY!!!
