Excellent, with any luck United will say we've had enough of this and bring the flying home where it belongs. All because BB won't play fair.

Do you honestly believe a concessionary contract was the answer to our problems?

Lol, yeah because I'm sure that's what you do. Listen pal, the LOA passes, how does this help our cause??? Just because mommy and daddy always tell you how special you are, doesn't mean that you are Yahweh!

I said springboard, not answer. You sound like you are left-thinking....I bet you are. Go back to mom's basement.

Wow you are a special kind. The LOA will not move us closer to a new contract. However it will do nothing to hurt negotiations. This child as you put it, took the time to find out what it actually says. In other words im speaking from an educated position.

Also im not left thinking. Far from it. Im sure ive met you at some point along the way. It would be very interesting to compare your behavior on the line to your mb personality.

Paying professionals a wage that makes them ineligible for government assistance programs = left thinking? Or would you rather states continue to subsidize this companies payroll? Who knew! What ever happened to trickle down economics?

Captains dont want the FO pay raise since it will probably mean all FOs get a raise and the Captains get left out. Its everyone for themselves now. Almost makes me wish I went to PSA, after the comments I heard from several Captains today.

I just got paroled from the 36.62 club after 7 years of FO action.

I do not support a pay raise LOA that applies to any FOs that are not hired as of the last date of voting for the LOA.

In other words, if you aren't here already when we vote on the LOA, I don't support it. For anyone already here, I support as much as we can get. I think the distribution of money should be top heavy. If you've been in the 36.62 club for several years, you get more pay. If you were unfortunate to come here in the last two years you get less.

Now, the company will never accept those conditions so this isn't a ripe discussion.

Typical lifer captain at RAH! Guess the FOs should get a higher signing bonus to make up for the money they have lost? Their sacrifice is your leverage!
