God Bless.
This is a perfect example of why I roll me eyes whenever I hear anyone say "all regionals are the same."

They are not. RAH has taken "the suck" to whole new level and they treat pilots like this throughout every facet of the company wether it be payroll, crew scheduling, dispatch, maintenance, training, travel, tech pubs; you name it.

Yet pilots still go to Republic to fly the big Embraers.

....only to be chased off by the RAH circus. 21 people were in my new-hire class three plus years ago...I'm the only one left, and I'm hoping to change that very soon.

Whatever became of RAH's attempt to sue the union? Republic airlines file federal suit against pilots union | 2012-03-29 | Indianapolis Business Journal | IBJ.com

Just curious, now that some time has passed.

Seeing as how the website (www.RAHContractNow.org) is still up,....I'd say the court denied management's motion for injunctive relief. (in other words,.... management lost).

Yeah, I see the website is still up, I was wondering if maybe some of the language had to be excised or changed and if the union had to pay the company damages.

Management backed down, it never went to court. BB knows there is zero libel on that website.. In fact, things have deteriorated at this company since then. This is the worst airline in the world.
