So we've gained 90 pilots and although we turned down that crappy TA, in the short term we're staying tremendously cheaper that Eagle. This sets us up perfectly to get more American flying IMO. Don't think for a second this company won't aggressively pursue new flying, not to improve upgrade times, but to increase revenue and of course profits, the bread and butter of a higher stock price.

The "we're going to furlough rumor!" doesn't help it hurts, because it fosters and spreads fear amongst our pilot group. The type of fear that allows management to bust unions, manipulate feelings and push through crappy TA's that accelerate the race to the bottom.
You forgot to subtract 700 F9 pilots off that worthless little list that want nothing to do with a bunch of little RJ *****es.

.
So, you're okay with perpetuating a broken business model that drives wages down with each company's subsequent negotiation.

Please stay at the regional level of the industry.

I didn't see him/her make a judgement on that, seems like a statement of the current facts.

I'm not okay with it, its just the way it works. Pilots have very little control.

You please stay at the regional level. I'm doing everything I can to get past the regional shell game, focusing my efforts on the mainline, instead of worrying the crappy nature of this regional BS. I don't even know why I'm bothering on this website, its quickly living up to its rep of being full of dummies.

24601: As for F9, look at the ISL. F9 has barely hired in comparison to RAH over the past 6 months.

Also wouldn't surprise me if we park the Q's at some point. BB has made his bed, he will lie in it. He will do this until 170s start to get parked. Then he might consider coming back to the table. Stop encouraging people to come here when it is the worst regional airline period.
There are already a dozen CHQ aircraft parked on a remote pad in CMH...I'm surprised at how quickly those things were parked.

Good news!! The latest Captain posting has 4 vacancies!

Yes, four.

For those who are wondering, there is not a single FO posting for Republic ORD, 4 openings for Shuttle, but those will likely go to recent CHQ displacements who ended up at an outstation and are waiting for ORD.

there are a ton of us transfers in class already. I'm debating it.
