Read back a few pages. No guesses until after single certificate Dec 1 and S5 pilots become YX pilots which will drive junior FO's relatively more junior (relatively speaking) within their bases. But, all things considered, virtually no time/minimal time on reserve in LGA, more in ORD.

Anyone have any comments on the crew life app? They advertise it to look pretty sweet. Is it actually helpful?

It's actually really good. Very useful for your overall schedule and day to day things like hotel info, crew info, gate and tail numbers, getting notified of a change to a trip, and it's all accurate. It's my most used app during trips. They did a good job with the design of it too. It's not like one of the many apps that look like they were made with coding from 1995.

Go for base, commuting can be a pain. QOL is key, but then again...money doesn't buy happiness; but then again it does buy lots of partying. Endeavor is a good regional, I would have chosen them if they had a base in EWR. My choices were RAH and C7.

I enjoy having travel benefits on AA and UAL, and I look forward to having all three. Hiring has been steady and looks to continue now that BK exit is in sight and deals are signed with all 3 codeshare partners. I truly appreciate the iPad and not having to carry pubs around. The CrewLife app is a great addition and makes finding all your trip info a breeze. Hotels have been good, training was good, all around a good experience. Don't get me wrong, there are things that could use improvement and it's still a regional. Take all this for what it's worth, I'm no more to you than a screen name and some words, and I get that. All I can offer (amidst the anger and toxicity often present at APC) is the perspective of a guy who is on property and relatively new.
You need to make the choice for yourself and seriously factor in QOL. There seems to be good movement at Endeavor and that bonus would be nice to have, but in the end it wasn't the better choice for me. It's been said a thousand times, but I'll say it again: commuting to reserve is a special kind of hell that should be avoided if at all possible!
