I see it covers the last 100 hours of flight time. What about if I enroll at a Part 141 school...does that count? If I enroll in this program does it subtract from my $7,500 sign on bonus?
You give up the bonus and its all shared/safety pilot time flying out of a flight school in Indy.

If you need a lot of instrument time it might be worth it.

I was told in my interview today that DEN and IAH will "most likely" be bases in early 2017 if that means anything...

Maybe IAH, but I would hold your breath on DEN. Also recruiters tend to "bend" the truth a little.

Is this just more of theory x vs theory y bull, or is there more to it than that? Haven't really been able to find any recent insight on this.

Republic is the only regional approved for extended over water operations with 175s. I am not saying it won't happen but some of the routes are impossible without EOW.

Shuttle America goes DEN-BUR.

I'll definitely look into that. I plan to go to Aerosim though. Thank you.
