Quote: Doubtful. You’re more likely to see a good amount of 756 with over 100 unfilled vacancies before they start offering new hires seats on the 777 when they still have tons of those airplanes grounded.
Probably see GUM and DC back in the mix based on how the unfilled's are trending. As far as new hires seats on the 777 - there is a class that started today and they are eligible to grab the 777 vacancies when they get CCS access in the next day or two.

It seems the way drops have been going, it would be pretty easy to get LAX right out of training, yeah?

Was there any 756 on the 7/27 class drop?

LAX is one of the usual suspects in new hire drops. I would be shocked if you couldn’t get into LAX either on the initial drop or shortly thereafter.

Apparently that is happening, or at least from very recent new hire classes. Comparing the most jr on this month’s new seniority list, 12808, to the most jr bidding 777, 12904. Crazy kids!

Maybe it's on a bet your reserve language improves. Grab it now before it goes senior?

You'd be on reserve forever as people bid in above you for a decade, but if you're not a commuter and live within 2.5 hours, that might not matter to you.
