When an airline has to pay 20k on top of their pay scale, just to keep their pilots, it screams stay away. I'm not saying SkyWest would never do this but they haven't yet. I worked at Endea err Pinnacle for 5 years and would never go back.

Everyone I know there says its still the same pinnacle it was, but a few of those guys are 5th year FO's on reserve. They really love it there.....
