Is it possible for a Potential new hire to get IAD ERJ ?

I can't speak from experience, but I've heard that they are putting 5 per class on the 145 and they are only basing the 145's in IAD. So in that case yes it's probably possible, just would depend on your seniority in class and who wants to bid it.

Again, not speaking from experience so I could be completely wrong...but that's the last I had heard.

Good question...I'm not sure how many they are hiring. As I said, just info I have heard from others regarding the 145 staffing.
