Anyone else use Flighty racker 5 or FlightBoard apps from Mobiata? They just dropped support of those apps and I'm struggling to find a decent replacement. What apps do y'all use?

When does a new hire have to have OE completed in order to be eligible for upgrade on 17-01 if he has the mins to? Bid close date or award date?

Isn't it pretty unlikely that a new hire will have the required company hours to bid for upgrade if they haven't even completed OE yet?
