Does the reserve grid change throughout the month? How often?
Yeah it was all red at the start of this month . As guys come through the pipeline and get off OE. They get their buildup line and increase the guys on call that day. Not everyday will turn green but you'll see some here and there.
There were a number of FOs awarded captain that weren't qualified, and crew records sent out phone calls to a few FOs asking if they have previous 121 fwiw
That doesn't surprise me, the company seems to forget info they asked from you 2 weeks ago all the time. I think the lack of desire to go to NYC is going to catch up with us soon, at least on the captain side
Regarding upgrade timeframe that required differences (heavy to deuce), are most guys getting into FTD, sims and OE in a timely fashion or could one expect a lengthy process?

Lol funny you mention that. I had to send my bid sheet in to three different people, and was still told no one received it. Same with my medical
Actually, we all received it. But based on some of your comments here, we decided to shred your bid sheets. Still debating on whether to take you off the ISL or not...
