Any "Latest & Greatest" about Endeavor?

we lost the bag room by the bus stop, the bag room inside the old Mesaba crew room, and for that matter, the Mesaba crew room to SkyWest (along with a chunk of our DTW flying)

Do you know how many 10 year guys at Endeavor would disagree with your logic? You never know how long you will be at the regionals, lots and lots of variables. New hires haven't seen the bad side, and hopefully they never do!

I doubt very many would disagree. It is a simple concept to understand, being hired ten years ago and tomorrow are two very different scenarios. Then you have XJers, 900 pilots who can tell you first hand how worthless a flow is, want to compare something? Compare the SSP pass rate with the XJ flow rate. Now which one is more valuable?

Would someone be kind enough to let me know how much flying a new FO is getting with a JFK domicile?
Credit and Block?
What is reserve like there (LGA)? Do you spend most of the time on ready reserve, or do you usually get trips assigned for your reserve days?
Thanks! I'm considering coming to Endeavor, and I would like information from flying FO's rather than recruiters.

There is one big difference between the AA flow and the Delta DGI program. With AA your hired and have to wait and I doubt it will be anything close to 10 years with all the mandatory retirements coming up, but you're still hired. With the DGI you have to upgrade, wait 2 years and then wait for your chance to interview. If it is anything like the ssp you will have a 50/50 shot. It might not even be up to you to pass the interview. It might be just a matter of low staffing at Endeavor, who knows? Also the DGI program
can be taken away at anytime.

Unless you either have a DUI, no college degree or are simply impossible to sit with for a 4 day trip, you don't need a flow, simply because of the retirement numbers you just mentioned. The problem is that the millennial, entitlement generation doesn't want to work for things, especially the ones under 25 who haven't done anything but school, instruct and go to a regional. They want handed things, they don't work for them. They wouldn't know what a hard working pilot job is if hit them in the face.

And you don't think AA can take the flow away at any time? Sure it may be contractual, but the time and money the union will have to send to grieve it will take years for it to shake out.
