They didn't reduce the minimums for upgrade. You needed the full 2500 total time and 1000 company time.

No, it's more a product of a very small captain vacancy. If that was true, 16-04 would have been the same. Couple the small vacancy with past employee's coming back, it's not real surprising.

If someone is senior to a return to work, has the legal 121 time to upgrade, but not company time, who's awarded the upgrade? (Assuming the return to work has the 1,000 company time)

200s getting Comfort+ mods. Apparently it's only going to be the first row but still interesting news.

The return to the company guy, simply because he doesn't have to waive the upgrade mins. Per the contract, they go down the entire list of pilots who meet the company upgrade requirements (2500TT/1000 9E), before they start to waive any of those. That said, it's not a bad thing for anyone on property to have these guys upgrading, because you're senior to them so when you upgrade you aren't at the bottom of the pile.

Yep, and finally there is a little more movement back into DTW on the 900. Total of 12 FOs heading to Detroit (6 primary/6 secondary).

Not in the left seat.... pretty sure some msp folks feel the same.

Anyone want to guess if we will see 2016 hires who have the time able to upgrade in 2017? Trying to decide if I should wait it out and upgrade ( I need 100 more hours of 121) or start applying to LCCs.
