Very small possibility and you only fly one of the variants

It seems like it's possible right out of the gate or soon thereafter. At least right now. And whatever aircraft your awarded your gonna be frozen on it for 18 months unless you upgrade or they add another base that wasn't available when you first bid.

Not just starting at EWR, but also finish at EWR. Would be fine, but the finish is uncommutable on DAL. If UAL doesn’t work, it is either get a hotel at EWR or taxi ride to crash pad in Kew for another day after commute home (after commuting in day prior to start the trip). Really need to get the union working on more commutable 4 day trips.

is it happening often?
PL
That's been a scheduling favorite for a long time. Take the P3 that should be covering CDO's and put them onto a late departure with legal rest overnights to convert them to day flying, then take the P1 and call them at 5 am to put back to rest to cover the CDO. That's why so many of the P3 would bid the 2 on 1 off schedule, that drastically reduced the period swapping nonsense.

Is there a way to see the 9E flight schedule online? Kind of like how we have in the crew rooms on the monitors where the scheduled company departures/arrivals are shown?

FlightAware. You can search by operator. Shows all flights at that time. Doesn't show scheduled though.

What's the approximate time to hold a line in any base as a new hire?

CrewTrac > scheduled service > put in a date to see all flights. You can put in JFK for departure and it will show every departure from JFK, or put JFK in arrival to see all arrivals, etc.
