There is a $100 reimbusement per year for the pilots that choose the the high deductible plans and in addition the pilot will get $200 towards the $550 annual wellness incentive mone that can be used to pay deductibles.
I just looked it up and it’s the HRA/HSA plans that cover the medical costs ($100)
And you can use your HSA/HRA money toward your deductible.

Currently the 1000 hours company is being waived due to lack of available people that have all the requirements to upgrade, and because of that- people in Indoc have been awarded captain. But if you want to upgrade to captain right out of the gate, your going to have to wait a long time (2-3 years for a line)... maybe you will be lucky and reseve will only be a year and a half.
We are retiring 15 CRj 200s between the november 2017 and june 2018. while we are retiring those, we are getting 33 crj900s and 700s in the same time frame.
All retention bonuses end on 12/31/2017 and new higher pay rates begin 1/1/2018.

With those new pay rates, it's hard *not* to apply, and a guaranteed interview at Delta as well. (I know, just an interview)
Are reserve captains typically used as captain only or do they do captain on captain?
Are captains with more than 1000 hours TPIC that don't get hired at Delta being hired at other majors?
The regional I'm at sends NO ONE to majors.. at least none I've heard of, and that concerns me; I don't want to be painting myself into. A corner and end up a lifer..

EWR I can manage with heads up, but without a stipend it's a no. It's the cost that cause s issues, addition fee on top of my MTA card... If we got the $40 commuters get to park I'd start talking.

Captains only fly left seat, and reserve guys are blocking 90 hours a month in NYC900.

Speaking of; anyone else getting 5am calls on RSV and 'Being put into rest' for ten hours to work an evening flight? Legal, but frankly a bit out of character for the company...
is it happening often?
