Any reason behind this? Logic says why not train on both 1-2 extra sim= great amount of savings & profit from a more efficient operation! 1 Pay band vs 2.

Contract, I know. But simplicity which are beneficial to both pilots & company produces virtues and value.

I asked the same thing, apparently the return on investment for the company has never been there for what we pilots wanted to be dual qual.

Besides, the company needs more pilots without dual qual which helps us negotiate higher rates. The company has always thought this place would have a line waiting out the door, so we just keep letting them fail and paying us more.

June 19 hires are holding them for December, LGA 900 FO. So approx 1 to 3 months on reserve depending how long training took.

Default 700 deliveries

When EDV starts taking 700 deliveries are they going to be flown by the pilots that are currently on the 900? So your bidding choice would then be 200 or 700/900?

Correct. Only 3 700s versus ~110 900s

It's just an LMS module too. So we'll start flying them almost immediately.
