A Pilot shall accrue PTO and V-PTO credit for Bid Periods in which a Pilot receives at least thirty-five hours (35:00) of compensation alone or in conjunction with other benefits.
Examples include but are not limited to training, OJI, PTO, V-PTO, Association Flight Pay Loss (does not include short-term or long-term disability benefits).

So get compensation of 35hrs in something listed above in order to accrue PTO and V-PTO for that month
