Default Winter Wear

What are recommendations for winter wear as we are coming up on colder weather. The airport and airplane, the suit jacket and long sleeve shirts should be adequate. What is recommended/ allowed for the walk around though, especially in snow and rain. What I can gather is black everything. So a simple black rain coat for the rain, what about the snow/ really cold temps. A suit jacket/blazer won't be warm enough. Thanks!

leather jacket is the only (approved) way to go.

If it’s super cold, sweater plus leather jacket with the liner. That will keep you toasty. I also kept a pair of north face gloves in the front pockets too.

For those going to training and/or CTP in January, have you received any communication yet about CTP or class? I'm scheduled for the end of January, but haven't heard anything. I was told 2-3 months prior I would hear something. Wondering if I should be reaching out or if people are getting contacted closer to their class date than what I was told.

I'm slated for ATP-CTP January 18th and ground on 2/1. I suspect I'll hear about a week in advance what my travel arrangements will be. I already have access to SWOL, but that may be because I'm a cadet.

I completed the SWOL onboarding tasks. When will I receive full access? Non cadet.
