1. During the virtual indoc, is this when they expect you to complete the CBT or is that after you complete the 6 days of indoc?

2. How long is the period after indoc before you are flown out to Denver for systems?

3. Is there much of a delay between systems validation and sims? How are the half days for systems ground working out?

Thank you!
Bump. Can anyone who’s in class/was in class post covid provide some insight? Thanks!

Upgrade is a different story and you could be on reserve for up to a year on NB. Must different than 10 years ago.

Kid is clueless.

Appreciate your “kind and professional” input though.
I gotta agree with TimetoClimb here... Too many people just ask their question right away without doing a small amount of their own research. Even if you didn't feel like browsing SkyWest's Website, this answer has already been asked and answered here. Sure, you might have to scroll back a few pages and sift through some nonsense. His response was sarcastic, sure; and may have stung a bit, but it was still the truth.

What’s the reason behind all new hires or most new hires choosing CRj over ERJ? being the second way better airplane.

What is the time frame out from hitting mins that we should be applying now? Currently at around 700 and qualified for the rATP and I know it used to be a few months out but just seeing what the new wave of hiring is seeing? Thanks

Do you have your CFI?
Get in the cadet program ASAP.
Otherwise I believe the recruiters are telling people 2-4 months out depending on how quickly you’re getting hours.

I chose CRJ for base in Houston because I’ll be commuting from Florida and shorter upgrade time to what really matters.....Turbine PIC.

I chose CRJ because it’s the only option for IAH, which is my desire base. And a jet is a jet

More credit
Faster upgrade (note: four crj upgrade classes July)
Not everyone wants west coast (note: screwed over MSP 175 crews)
900 atmosphere just as new/newer then 175s
Some pilots don’t want auto-throttles
