UAL and Jumpseats

What you are saying is on UA/UAX-EX as a UAX-NE you would be behind UA/UAX-EX, but still before OAL? I honestly think that would fair if UAX-NE do the majority of their flying for AA + DL (I assume flying divided roughly equally between UA/DL/AA?).
(UAX-EX = exclusive Express, UAX-NE non exclusive Express.)
I think the smart thing for SKW (and the other 2) would be to get someone else in the office to sign this, get ASAP out ASAP, and start a card drive. If you insist on pi$$ing of UAL, you can always go IBT/APA.

You and your car are not a commercial venture.

So just to clarify for myself (innocent bystander, just curious), please correct me where I am wrong:
1) Must ride: Not to be used for regular commuting pilots that call scheduling after getting bumped of the jumpseat?
2/3) Own metal.
4/5) Is this all UA express, or just exclusive?
6/7) Me (and depending on the answer for #4, Go-jet and SKW I guess)
8/9/10) who cares...

(like the FAA maintenance inspector type I just had in the jumpseat, who when handed a Coke at the gate by the FA,
dropped it on my left seat rail exploding it in a carefully directed spray all over the circuit breakers of a finely tuned guppy. Thanks bro!)

Nope, but I was just giving a friendly reminder that there is a difference between owning an asset and leasing it. The situation is ridicilous, but you can't tell a SKW pilot he cannot use the term own-metal with regards to the cockpit seats, seeing as they do actually own the metal, and AA/DL/UA just rent the seats in the back.

You lease your car so you control it’s use. If you sub-lease it to me in a commercial venture, you cede control of the asset to me. I then pay you to operate it.
How it gets used , who it carries, and where it goes falls under my usage. (Assuming there is a contract in place).

You have zero legal relationship to the aircraft or venture. You are literally there as a matter of convenience from a venture perspective. It is LITERALLY NOT your aircraft from a legal perspective.

If you did not have a capacity agreement with United
You would not have been able to lease “your” plane.
United is your customer and without a customer there is no business
