I’ve heard they’re cracking down on CQ failures as well. Study up pilots, they’re not cutting slack for not flying in a while, especially Sierra Tangos

No, DAL is allowed 135 50 seat aircraft. They have 135 CRJ-200s on the certificate as active and a 100+ more in long term storage in the desert. It would have to be a 1 for 1 trade if the 550 was brought on. Given the 550 is already old and not in production, I would say the 550 does not fit into the fleet simplification plan.

I heard he whined and cried to TTG because they wouldn’t hire him to be an ERJ SCA, so they went over DMs head and are giving him the job. It’s too bad, the ERJ program wasn’t built for guys like that.

Hmm, I work here and I haven't a clue who you're talking about. I took 'ST' to refer to 'Special Tracking' guys...

That was a funny thread, but I've been on trips with some of the guys who help pilots with disciplinary matters. Their phones Never. Stop. Ringing. You should see some of the crazy stuff pilots 1) do and 2) invent as excuses for what they did. My hat (if I wore one, which I sure as heck don't) is off to the SAPA guys who handle this stuff. It would drive me completely mental after a day. I get where RG is coming from. I couldn't do that job.
