At SkyWest you don’t fly min credit as a Captain, ever, but it’s 76. I average around 95 hours of credit a month in the left seat so those numbers are accurate.

Helps a little. What’s the hourly rate for a yr 6 ca in the new ta?

Wondering whether anybody on the board has details around the part-time program that's rumored to have been an element of the TA. Could be a compelling incentive for many ATPs who'd like to get back in the cockpit, but not at 80 or 90 hours per month.

The program already exists and is currently temporary. If the TA passes the current program becomes permanent. No changes.

I honestly think they will go to 90 an hour for FO. Someone said the company had a provision in the TA that would allow them to raise pay 30 whenever necessary.
I really just don’t think they are gonna embarrass themselves with paying our pilots 70 or 80 to start.
I think 90 is a win but would love to get Mesa rates.
