I got some buddies at my flight school that are applying right now and they are getting interviews still. I think this wait for us, while it sucks, isn’t gonna be too bad. I’m only and hopefully just expecting a two to three months delay. But I’ll take shorter!

Again, hoping that's not the case. But when an interview and CJO process costs maybe 5 hours of manpower and an empty FO seat (assuming the captain shortage gets fixed this year) costs hundreds of thousands in lost revenue, it just makes financial sense to maintain the status quo

I was asking if anyone that shared that class date has heard anything. I am very lucky to be able to keep flying doing contract work but a lot of guys are going to end up leaving for 135/91 corporate jobs if they don't start communicating with their prospective employees. The lack of communication from HR is very frustrating.

Anybody have a class date for 2/20 with a CTP date 2/10? I know my class date is pushed back from the emails everybody has gotten but my SkyWest travel details still shows me going to ATP-CTP 2/10. I was wondering if this is pushed as well or am I still going to ATP-CTP or if anyone has heard anything. Tried reaching out to my recruiter, of course, no comms. Travel center called me back saying they don't know and I might get flight and hotel details next week but wasn't sure if it was happening?

Latest seniority list shows that the CA/FO imbalance is almost exactly as large as when the forced upgrades began.. All that policy accomplished was to encourage more people to leave. Literally that's all it did. But just as many CAs have left as FOs, so the imbalance is still just as bad as it was.
Translation: the company has zero reason to bring any more FOs on property unless it can stop CAs from leaving.. And given that the company refuses to discuss QoL issues (the main reason most CAs are leaving), there's no indication that this situation will change at any time in the future. Unless the majors and LCCs stop hiring. That's the only thing that will realistically address the imbalance.
