Besides the old -120 routes and mountain flying, what are some of your other at risk pairings?

I'm not at liberty to say, but if an "old" EMB route is still being flown but on a CRJ2, you can almost bet its still an at-risk route.

How many regionals who are unionized are cheaper? Here some facts for you since you seem unable to come up with any:

Crew cost as percentage of hourly (non-fuel) operating cost that companies that have reported.

ExpressJet - 43.5%
Eage - 44.1%

ExpressJet - 35.1%

CRJ700
PSA - 22.2%
GoJet - 24.9%
Mesa - 27.5%
Skywest - 27.8%
ExpressJet - 36.9%
Eagle - 44.0%

E170

CRJ900

Skywest - 33.2%
ExpressJet - 35.7%
Pinnacle - 38.6%

Again, you're equating guys crossing a picket line with Skywest pilots. That's an ignorant comparison.

Why do labor groups unionize?
Fact...it's not all about numbers! It's about the fact that you guys are not a labor threat. Mainline management got a huge lesson on this from CMR.

What I am equating is your mindset of not unionizing to gain more flying to the mindset of someone taking someone else's job because they are out walking the line trying to improve the profession. The reason groups unionize is to prevent the very thing you advocate.

Oh that's right, I'm mainline and need to just walk around and ignore the regional pilots.

On it's face, sure. How many city pairs does Skywest operate in total?

Apparently I'm not living the mainline pilot life properly, I guess I'm supposed to look down on regional pilots and not engage in dialogue.

You've lost and now your only retort is to cause a distraction.

Right. The numbers only disprove your previous statement about Skywest low-balling the industry.

Management was not the only ones who got a lesson from Comair. The poor bastard who spent 26 years at Comair and is now starting over at Skywest got a lesson as well. Whole lot of good that magnificent contract did for him.

Do you think this is some kind of Boyscout Kumbaya industry brother? "Yeah, way to go Eagle guys, fight for what's right, make the industry better" said the PSA guy who was casting his UNION vote to get Envoy's flying. Whatever dude! The Eagle bubbas were gonna lose their job thanks to your union cronies.

If I understand your contention, your saying "Hey Skywest, you guys work for a decent company and are reasonably compensated (comparably speaking), but the other 20 regionals really suck. Why don't you screw your situation up on the highly unlikely chance those guys won't do it for less?"

I wish there was a middle finger emoticon.
