Skywest
I've completed 4 years of service but I haven't completed 5. What percentage do I get? It's confusing how they write that.

Hey jay I don't think you can go wrong with making the move. The pay scale is much higher here and despite the staffing **** show this place has become I still feel like my QOL is pretty good. I have been here for a year and am able to get a nice line with a good number of days off and good credit (no weekends off yet). Good luck!

This new bonus sounds like it pays out if you have any earned income during the six month period - so no waiting for the Pilot Profit Sharing.

Crazy Canuck, 75% in base?
Can you explain this to me? I'm a military guy trying to figure all this out. Interview with SkyWest at the end on the month.
Thanks

Any new hires that just went through the interview process in Denver? Looking for some information on the test and questions asked during the interview.
Thanks

401K starts at 90 days. The current quarterly bonus program requires 1 year for the first part and 2 years for the second. The only reason I think SAPA mentions vesting is because it was going to change under the last proposal. It stays at 100% with this one.
