Saw this is the expressjet thread:
"Got the TA survey phone call today. Only interesting question. 1 to 5 how important is a single seniority list with Skywest? I told the guy I didn't even know that was on the table."
Is this even possible and what would that mean for a new hire if that went through? Number 6,000 then? That would be a deterrent.

Theoretically possible. But the only thing that would make that happen is a lot of leverage.

The first year pay is allowed to go up to 36.50, from $22.00. If they can give a 66% increase to someone that hasn't contributed a penny to our bottom line, they should be able to come up with more for those responsible for the companies decades of profitability.

I think your right. Cola is needed. Back pay would be nice...But won't happen now.. Lets be reaistic. This is a huge step in the right direction.. We need ro take that first step. The second will come in 3years when this TA is up.. If we dont take this first step. I dont think will be taking any for 1-2 years... Im going with Yes..
Every single time we have the opportunity to make improvements the "yes voters club" always makes the "argument" that we can get them "next time"!
The time is NOW!
