At Oshkosh, so late July. I had to do a CTP course prior, and now I just wait for my class date or a possible shortfall.

AQP is coming, but I wouldn't waste the O2 holding your breath for DL bennies.

Our -175 pilots will only get Delta Bennies "IF" we ever get -175s for Delta. That's all rumor and conjecture at this point however, since nothing has been announced.

Does it make ERJ training much more difficult than CRJ?

Thanks!
Not with how we teach the 175. You'll think you won't pass or know squat until the oral is over but trust that you do know what you're doing and you'll be fine. That all hinges on how much extra effort you put in. You HAVE to be studying outside the classroom though, those that don't tend to not do so well.

Haven't heard of anyone washing out of new hire but I'm sure it happens from time to time.

Washout rate is very very low, you have to try to fail, our schoolhouse does a very good job preparing you but if you come in and don't put the time outside of class you will fail.

AQP according to FAA should start September/October
