Even if we have no plans to add more CRJ flying, you will have CA's that transition and ones that are leaving. There will still be upgrades in the CRJ. Attrition has slowed this month and we do have a bunch of pilots waiting for IOE.

But none of that really matters since they have conditioned us to not expect any relief in the form of reserves or schedule enhancement. If you can't drop trips or get vacation with 50 reserves in DEN, it doesn't matter how many we hire or upgrade. Min reserve numbers increase because reliability is in the toilet. I wonder if the two are connected in any way??

I doubt they're wrong. Just because you're using it doesn't mean it's an available benefit to Skywest employees but keep using it at your own risk. Be careful what you wish though. If several hundred employees start using it UAL may decide to strip what crappy benefits OO has even more.

It must just be Skywest then because we've been using it for at least 10 years. It came from CAL when it used to be called COAIRfares.

I'm not saying it doesn't suck. I'm saying you haven't been here long enough to call any department at SkyWest pathetic.

Nobody has to be here for years to know/understand the obvious. ie, you can't pick up a terd by the clean end. There is a reason it's the People Dept vs Human Rescources.......

I've gotten bad info from the travel center in more than one occasion. You have to remember where they're pulling "talent" from.

ERJ is in Denver. Not sure if all sims are, I think they also go to STL.
CRJ ground is in SLC, sims can be in SLC, CVG or ATL.

No problem. My class didn't get STL or CVG as options, but some people ended up going there when they needed extra sims. The class before mine only got SLC or STL as options.
