The junior CA on the list (does not show recent upgrades, could have gone up or down I suppose since then) is in the RJ (where they have not had a class for 2 months) and was hired 11/11. Assuming the bid was awarded more than two months ago (could've been before that), that's an upgrade at ~3 years, 8 months. Sue me, I was two months off. Maybe if you changed your bid settings to "ANY" from "SLC" you'd see some action jackson.

When I was in training they had 80 new hires in the training center that had been hired that month. Two CRJ classes and one Brasilia class. If they run upgrades at ~30 per month I could potentially upgrade 3 months after even the people I was in training next to who were hired a week before me.

How long could a new hire expect to be on reserve in SFO on the RJ?

Not exactly. If you're first scheduled IOE trip is on the 200, you'll do your subsequent IOE trips leading up to your line check in the 200. After your line check is complete, you'll be released to fly the 200 out on the line. OOE in the 7/9 will happen "soon-ish" thereafter. It can a few weeks to get OOE scheduled after your line check depending on Check Airmen availability.
IOE can also happen in the 7/9, which can be interchanged. I did my first IOE trip on the 700 and then my next trip, which included the line check was on the 900. OOE on the 200 occurred a week after.
