All the 175 bases, the flying to date has been mostly gains so wherever you see a 175 base. (Minus the bro replacements)

I just find comfort that for every $1,000 profit SW makes off of all that extra flying, I get to split $60 of that among 3,800 pilots. When I am doing all that extra flying and spending all this extra time away from my family, I just envision what I can spend that 2 cents on and it makes it all worth it.

Why are you even asking when your previous post in regards to the E175 answers your own question?
"It is a regional jet, and not something the Majors want to waste their time with....It will continue to be flown by the regional airlines, even though the "majors" are going to push the limits of its range...."

If it doesn't have a middle seat and three FAs, it's an RJ. Sadly, that's where the line is now.

There is no magic definition of what an RJ is.
It is plain and simple. Everything not flown by mainline but by regional lift providers is an RJ. It is entirely a function of scope clause and nothing else .....

Sure - if they had mainline pilot fly it under the Air Canada brand ...
The same for Lufthansa. They were actually the launch customer for the CRJ 100/200 and had some major influence on the design and specifications.

I made around $1100 through the pilot profit sharing program for the first six months of 2015 which was on top of the $3600 I made through the company wide profit sharing program. While our payrates could be higher, that's still an extra $4700 (minus taxes) that hit my bank account with which I can waste on hookers and blow. I'd recommend unplugging from the forums for about 3 months and focusing more on your family and friends because you're living up to your screen name too well. And yes, that's Dr. bender talking.
It is absolute ridiculous that we are getting forced to fly 90+ hours for the past 18-24 months. It is even more asinine that we don't have enough staff so I can drop a min credit RT that was added to my schedule to get me to 92 hours and would give me an extra day at home. Oh and if I try to call in sick, then I get to have a special meeting with my CP. Nevermind the fact that CS tells us if we need time off to call in sick.
I would log off the forums, but what the hell else am I supposed to do on all my 3 and 4 hour sits in SLC, SFO, IAH and SEA? And you are right, I am disillusioned because it is bull$hit that someone who bids in the top 30% of their base cannot fly the trips their seniority holds because the company would rather have 60% reserve coverage for the E175 flying and doesn't give a crap about any of the RJ pilots.
So my point was I don't give a crap how much money we make in profit sharing, because we take 6% of that and split it among 3800 pilots. I would rather have the time at home with my kids. I appreciate the concern and I wish our management or association gave a crap about fixing some of these problems.
