I like to bring to their attention that we have already had the opportunity and we've turned it down. You haven't been here long. I picked up a 1.5 time trip last week when they called me. I got half way to the airport and they called and said it was cancelled but thanks. Then they removed it with no pay and said there was nothing I could do about it.

I agree that a union won't do much for us. But I utterly disagree that management treats us any better than at the other regionals.
